操作方法
买回的螃蟹最好先放在装水的盆里养两小时让其吐沙,然后用牙刷先刷螃蟹背壳。

刷完壳,接着继续刷螃蟹肚,肚子上有块三角的地方,也翻开用牙刷刷干净。

接着,继续用牙刷刷螃蟹的嘴,刷完嘴后再刷螃蟹脚与壳的夹缝处。

然后,刷螃蟹脚跟,脚与脚的夹缝处,便劲刷,这些地方细菌特别多。

接下来刷螃蟹脚了,大脚、小脚四周都要刷干净。

按步骤仔仔细细刷三遍并过三遍清水,螃蟹外壳就刷好了,现在我们来去内脏,先去掉螃蟹肚上的类角角。

然后把螃蟹外壳掰开,把背壳扔掉,因为内脏和蟹心都在上面,如果有蟹黄的,就把蟹壳中间的三角地带给去掉,没有蟹黄的,就全扔掉背壳吧,都没肉的。

去掉蟹嘴,再去掉蟹腮,并用水冲洗干净。
